Andy Brand established Branded HRWare to serve the needs of ISVs that want battle-tested professionals who have “been there, done that” to insure they are doing everything reasonable to keep their customer’s data available and secure. Andy is the Branded HRWare's Principal Analyst.

Andy Brand is a software professional with 36 years of experience building commercial software used by customers of all sizes, SMBs to the Fortune 10. Andy has held key technical positions at Eprise Corporation and SilkRoad Technology, and in that capacity has consulted on security and scalability projects with companies such as Unisys, Allianz, Accenture, General Motors, General Electric and Comcast, all of whom have experienced significant improvements.

While he was at Silkroad Technology, Andy created RedCarpet, its flagship onboarding product. RedCarpet us used my thousands of companies to provide a successful onboarding experience to their New Hires. More than 3 million new hires, from more than 20 countries are onboarded through Red Carpet each year.
